About the event
Building on the success of its 2024 edition, the 2nd Asia Pacific E-Commerce Policy Summit returns to New Delhi as the region’s foremost platform for collaboration, policy dialogue, and digital trade innovation.
Home to over 50 economies, the Asia-Pacific continues to serve as the world’s growth engine. The IMF projects regional growth at 3.9% in 2025 (following 4.6% in 2024), while the ADB expects 4.7% growth for developing Asia significantly outpacing the global average of 3.2%. The region also anchors nearly 60% of global e-commerce activity, led by dynamic markets such as India, Japan, South Korea, China and Indonesia.
The 2025 Summit will spotlight key enablers of inclusive digital transformation—MSME integration, women’s digital empowerment, paperless trade, secure and interoperable payments, digital infrastructure resilience, and responsible AI governance. Together, these discussions aim to advance regional cooperation, sustainable innovation, and equitable growth in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
