Mr. Sanjeet Singh
Sr. Lead (Economics & Finance-II & Disinvestment, Trade & Commerce, G-20), NITI Aayog
Mr. Sanjeet Singh is Senior Advisor with National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog). He looks at policy issues related to Trade & Commerce as well as Economic & Finance and Disinvestment related issues. He is also the Coordinator for NITI Aayog for India’s G-20 Presidency related matters. He is also charged with all matters relating to International Cooperation and Strategic Economic Dialogue conducted with various countries. He is an Indian Revenue Service officer of the 1991 batch. He has worked with various Government departments in addition to his parent Department of Income Tax, including Department of Commerce where he worked extensively on the policy and its implementation of Special Economic Zones policy framework. He also dealt with East Asia Division where he was instrumental in promoting trade and investment related issues with China, Japan, Korea, Australia, Taiwan among others. Earlier he had served with the Ministry of Rural Development where he dealt with establishing the policy framework and its implementation with various States in India for the flagship Rural Roads programme – the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana or PMGSY with the objective to provide good all-weather road connectivity to all unconnected villages of the country - 178,000 habitations with a population of above 500 in the plains and above 250 in the hilly areas. He has also served as Advisor at the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, TRAI.

Dr. Mansi Kedia
Senior Fellow, Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER)
Dr Mansi is Senior Fellow at ICRIER with over thirteen years of experience in public policy. Her research focuses on issues of the digital economy including governance of the internet, emerging technology, competition and digital public infrastructure. She is currently a member of the CII National Committee on Telecom and Broadband. She was Co-Chair of the T20 Task Force on Our Common Digital Future: Affordable, Accessible and Inclusive Digital Public Infrastructure (2023), a Mid-Career Fellow of ISOC (2022) and member of the Direct Tax Committee (2017) and. She earned her B.Sc. Economics from St. Xavier’s, Kolkata, MBA from ISB, Hyderabad and PhD from IIFT, New Delhi.

Dr. Henry Gao
Professor of Law, Singapore Management University
Dr Henry Gao is a CIGI senior fellow and a law professor at Singapore Management University. With law degrees from three continents, he started his career as the first Chinese lawyer at the World Trade Organization (WTO) Secretariat. Before moving to Singapore in late 2007, he taught law at the University of Hong Kong, where he was also deputy director of the East Asian International Economic Law and Policy (IELPO) program. He has taught at the IELPO program in Barcelona, Spain, and the Academy of International Trade Law in Macau, and was the academic coordinator for the first Asia-Pacific Regional Trade Policy Course officially sponsored by the WTO.
Dr. Rajat Kathuria

Dr Rajat has spent over 12 years with the International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi, teaching post-graduate students Managerial Economics and International Trade. He has also previously worked with the World Bank in Washington D.C. as a Consultant and worked on research assignments for a number of international organizations, including the International Labour Organization (ILO), United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), LIRNEasia, The World Bank and The Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Mr. Swarnim Rai Shrivastava

Mr Swarnim Rai Shrivastava is a senior research analyst in the Technology and Society program at Carnegie India. Swarnim is a lawyer with background in antitrust, competition, data protection, technology, and regulatory laws. Having had the diverse experience of law firm practice, government, and public policy positions, Swarnim brings with him the technical know-how of a wide range of industries and practical exposure to the regulation of innovation, platforms, trade, and emerging tech sectors. His current research interests include digital public infrastructure, regulation of AI and emerging technologies, and governance issues in the digital economy.

As a Cybersecurity Consulting Partner for EY India, Lalit has helped several clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications segments to strengthen their privacy and cybersecurity frameworks. Lalit advises C-level executives on data protection and privacy, cyber risk, security incident response, governance, risk and compliance strategies, and vulnerability assessment, among others. With over 17 years in the field, he has been instrumental in assisting numerous clients in strengthening their data privacy and cybersecurity frameworks, specifically within the healthcare and technology sector.
