Mrs. Chea Ratha is an accomplished software executive with over 10+ years of experience in software development. Ratha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. She worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in California and in Sydney. In each of her workplaces, she used the synergy of her skills as a Software Developer and Financial Analyst to help grow and improve the business processes of the company. In 2011, Ratha Co-founded Versita Pty. Ltd. a Technology Service Provider Company in Australia and after returning to Cambodia in 2016 she founded Khmum Technology Co., Ltd., a Technology Service Provider Company that specializes in eCommerce.

Dr. Rupa Chanda
Director of Trade, Investment, and Innovation, UN-ESCAP
Ms. Rupa Chanda is the Director of Trade, Investment and Innovation at UNESCAP. She has worked as an Economist at the IMF and briefly served as Head, UNESCAP Subregional Office for South and South-West Asia in New Delhi. Her research interests include the WTO, trade in services, regional integration and migration. She has undertaken research and professional assignments for international and Indian organizations and has published extensively in the form of books, journal articles, book chapters, and reports. She is active professionally as a research guide, reviewer, and member of several expert committees. She was member of the WHO’s Review Committee on the functioning of the International Health Regulations (2015-16) and the WHO’s Expert Advisory Group, International Recruitment of Health Personnel (2019-20).

Adam Triggs is the Founding Partner at Mandala, a business consulting company offering distinctive economics, policy, and strategy capabilities. He is also a non-resident fellow in the Center for Sustainable Development, housed within the Global Economy and Development program at the Brookings Institution. He is based in Canberra, Australia, where he previously served as the director of research at the Asian Bureau of Economic Research at the Australian National University. His academic research focuses on macroeconomic cooperation between countries, financial risks and safety nets, competition (antitrust) policy, and trade and financial integration, with a particular focus on Asia.
Dr. Sanjay Kathuria
Visiting Senior Fellow, Centre for Social and Economic Progress; Visiting Expert, US Institute of Peace
Dr. Sanjay Kathuria is a visiting expert for South Asia at USIP. Prior to USIP, he worked for over 27 years at the World Bank, and for a decade at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations in New Delhi. He was a 2021-22 fellow at the Wilson Center. He is a pre-eminent thinker and commentator on economic development and integration in South Asia. His research interests and writings have focused on South Asia, economic growth and development, trade and globalization, regional integration, the economics of small states, and gender issues, among others.

Dr. Archana Goyal Gulati
Former Advisor Digital Communications NITI Aayog
Dr. Archana G Gulati is a Telecom, Digital Technology, and Competition Policy & Law Expert with over 32 years of experience. Dr Gulati was previously an Indian Civil Services officer (1989 batch) and took voluntary retirement in 2021. Subsequently, she worked as a Senior Adviser on Competition Law with Trilegal and was Head of Public Policy at Google, India, till October 2022. She has also served as Senior Deputy Director-General in the Department of Telecommunications, and as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Chairperson of the Telecom Commission of India.
Prof. Viswanath Pingali
Associate Professor, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad
PROF. VISWANATH PINGALI is a faculty in the economics area at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. His research interests are competition among technology markets and public health. Several of his publications in these themes have appeared in leading national and international journals. He also writes frequently for the popular media on these themes. He has a Master’s Degree in economics from Indian Statistical Institute Calcutta and a PhD from North-western University.
