Mr. Pramod Bhasin
Chairman, Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), India
Mr. Pramod Bhasin is currently the Chairman of Clix Capital, a financial services business, focused on providing digital platforms and financial services across India. He is also the Chairman of ICRIER, one of India’s foremost Economic Research think tanks. He is also the co-founder of Asha Impact, a virtual social impact investment fund and advocacy platform. Previously, Pramod founded Genpact, an NYSE listed company, in 1997 and served as the President and CEO until 2011 and is considered the pioneer of the Business Process Management industry. He led GE Capital in India and Asia, with a 25-year career with GE in the US, UK and Asia. He has also built a Skills business across India. Pramod currently serves on several boards including DLF Ltd, as well as NGOs such as Help Age India. He serves as a Strategic Advisor to Kedaara, a Private Equity firm. He was voted IT Man of the Year, and has been the Chairman of NASSCOM and TIE-NCR.
Ms. Mikiko Tanaka
Director, United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN-ESCAP)
Ms. Mikiko Tanaka is the Director and Head of ESCAP Subregional Office for South and South-West Asia Office, New Delhi effective 2 May 2022. Ms. Tanaka brings over twenty-five years of experience within the United Nations system. She most recently served as the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Guyana after working as the UNDP Resident Representative. As Resident Coordinator, she led strategic dialogues with the Government and brought coherence to the work of the United Nations Country Team for the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. She furthermore supported the conduct of its Voluntary National Review and consolidated socio-economic policy recommendations in response to COVID-19.

H.E. Mrs. Chea Ratha

Mrs. Chea Ratha is an accomplished software executive with over 10+ years of experience in software development. Ratha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. She worked as a Senior Financial Analyst in California and in Sydney. In each of her workplaces, she used the synergy of her skills as a Software Developer and Financial Analyst to help grow and improve the business processes of the company. In 2011, Ratha Co-founded Versita Pty. Ltd. a Technology Service Provider Company in Australia and after returning to Cambodia in 2016 she founded Khmum Technology Co., Ltd., a Technology Service Provider Company that specializes in eCommerce.
H.E. Ms. C. A. Chaminda I. Colonne
Sri Lankan Ambassador to Thailand; and Permanent Representative of Sri Lanka to ESCAP
Chaminda Colonne is a career diplomat, who joined the Sri Lankan Foreign Service in 1998. Prior to being appointed as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand, she served as Director General of the Middle East of the Foreign Ministry (2018-2021) and Director General of Middle East and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Relations (2016-2018). Her posts in Sri Lanka included, Director General of Africa (2011-2013), Director of Africa (2008-2011) of the Ministry of External Affairs, Deputy Director of Economic Affairs (2004-2005), Deputy Director of Consular Affairs (2003-2004) and Assistant Director of Political Affairs – East (1998-2000) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She is Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka’s permanent representative to UNESCAP.

Dr Arpita Mukherjee economic policy researcher who has over 25 years of experience in large project leadership roles. She has worked closely with the governments and multilateral organisations across multiple geographies such as India, United Kingdom (UK), Australia, European Union (EU) and its member states, ASEAN, and the United States (US). Her areas of research include Sustainable trade and investment; retail, logistics and food supply chains; nutrition; trade infrastructure including economic corridors and SEZs; services; start-ups and entrepreneurs; e-commerce. She specialises in sector and product-specific market trends, go-to market strategy, and government policies.
Dr. Deepak Mishra
Director & CE, Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER), India
Dr. Deepak Mishra is the Director and Chief Executive of the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER). Prior to joining ICRIER, he was the Practice Manager at the World Bank’s Macroeconomics, Trade, and Investment Global Practice, responsible for East Asia and Pacific region. Deepak has held various positions at the World Bank, including the Co-director of the World Development Report 2016 (Digital Dividends), Country Economist for Ethiopia, Pakistan, Sudan and Vietnam. His research work has been published in various academic journals including the Journal of Development Economics, the Journal of International Economics and the Journal of Agriculture Economics.
